Feel The Art
In 2014 I was in Florence Italy and became inspired to create this piece after seeing the Fountain of Neptune situated on the Piazza della Signoria. The fountain was commissioned in 1565 and is the work of the sculptor Bartolomeo Ammannati.
In 1971 the band America released a song “A Horse With No Name” written by Dewey Bunnell and at first it was thought to be a song about heroin but in actual fact he too was inspired by the famous artist Salvador Dali and one of his paintings for which the song was named.
